How to Complement Your Lymphatic Treatments
The body rids itself of toxins 4 ways: sweat, breath, urine and feces. Because of this, I recommend my clients enhance their lymphatic therapy with colon hydrotherapy, Far Infrared sauna, deep breathing, and increased water consumption. Additionally there are some practices that when added to your ongoing routine will aid your lymphatic system; two of these are dry brushing and rebounding.
DRY BRUSHING
Dry brushing is brushing the skin in a particular pattern while the skin is dry. It is thought that dry brushing helps to keep the lymph fluid moving, exfoliates the skin, helps with cellulite and invigorates the body. I offer dry brushing instruction to all my clients about this important modality.
INFRARED SAUNA
The Thera360 professional portable InfraRed Sauna is energy efficient, easily folds, and stores in a closet or under a bed. The Therasage Thera360 Full Spectrum Sauna is the only portable sauna that offers full-spectrum infrared, negative ions, earthing, and no EMF's at an affordable price for everyone in the world to embrace optimal health!
REBOUNDING
A rebounder (mini trampoline), is an important tool to help keep your lymph fluid moving. Since there is no pump to move the lymph fluid, a gentle bouncing up and down creates a G-force that directly moves the lymph fluid. It has many other benefits as well.
Colonics
Colonics, or colon hydrotherapy, gently cleanses the colon by infusing warm water. It is a powerful detoxification tool. I highly recommend to my clients to get a professional colonic after they have Lymphatic Therapy.
